  • Member of the RMS Energy Leadership team with direct responsibility for the financial and accounting functions of all supported companies

  • Serves as the top financial advisor to leadership and investors to drive strategic decision making

  • Directs and drives the company’s financial planning, risk management and investment strategies

  • Manages cash flow, internal and external financial reporting and relationships with insurance companies, bankers and tax accountants

Nikki Ryan, Manager of Human Resources

  • Responsible for overall Human Resource functions including all aspects of the employee experience

  • Offers support and guidance to management and staff on HR-related issues

  • Oversees payroll and benefit administration

  • Provides support for current and future employees, handles recruitment, retention and succession planning

  • Coordinates employee onboarding and off-boarding

Angie Bruns, Staff Accountant

  • Prepare and file sales/use tax returns for a variety of states

  • Prepare and file state tax registrations

  • Establishing accounts in new states; including Secretary of State, Department of Labor and Department of Revenue

  • Respond to and promptly resolve state notices

  • Maintain updated tax return filing calendars

  • Primary backup for Payroll Clerk

Shelly Kircher, Controller

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure there are processes in place for all functions

  • Identify, define, resolve, and communicate workflow changes regarding processes and procedures within the Accounting Department and throughout the company

  • Design, develop, review and analyze financial reports – identify and resolve any inaccuracies in transactions and distribute various Monthly/Quarterly/Annual financial reports

  • Month-End and Year-End Closing Process in Intacct

  • Point of Contact for audits (yearly financial audit, bank collateral audits, etc)

  • Coordinate audit needs to ensure a clean, timely audits and create audit work papers for GL accounts

  • Supports corporate credit card system, including managing activity in the Center card system (i.e., credit limit increases, review of submitted transactions, etc.)

  • Month-End journal entries

Lori Buchta, Payroll Clerk

  • Primarily responsible to process weekly payrolls for all supported entities

  • Responsible to coordinate and ensure employee time entry is timely

  • Coordinates and enters employee benefit enrollment for eligible employees

  • Create and update employee records as needed

  • Assists in other areas of Human Resources as directed

Kaitlin Pachan, Accounts Payable

  • Prepare incoming vendor invoices for payment

  • Mail payments to vendors as they are prepared

  • Maintain and prepare Employee Expense Reports for reimbursement

  • Upload and file W-9 and Certificate of Insurance for vendors

  • Assist with vehicle needs/recalls/registration/fuel cards/tolls/violations

  • Assist in Accounting Department as needed

Sales Support

Jennifer Kottschade, Administrative Sales Support

  • Responsible for CRM, SharePoint, and sales system maintenance and training for new and existing staff

  • Maintain log in access and training of Customer supply chain systems including, but not limited to, Ariba and Power Advocate.

  • Identify challenges and offer solutions in the sales processes

  • Serve as advisor to Sales Staff and assist them with questions and quote assistance

  • Assist with other initiatives and tasks as needed in the corporate headquarters as determined
