  • Responsible for overall Human Resource functions including all aspects of the employee relationship from onboarding to off-boarding for all supported companies

  • Oversees payroll and benefit administration

  • Provides analysis and recommendations to guide strategic development initiatives and budget planning for leadership

  • Other areas include Workers Compensation, Risk Management, and legal compliance

  • Offers general Human Resource support, including data analysis, payroll software support and process improvement implementation

Angie Bruns, Staff Accountant

  • Manages day to day accounting functions for all supported companies and directly supervises financial and accounting staff

  • responsible to manage a variety of fiscal and accounting functions pertaining to areas such as general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other financial reporting areas

  • Assists in the coordination and preparation of the year-end financial audit and preparation of appropriate schedules for various auditing purposes.

  • Primarily responsible to process weekly payrolls for all supported entities

  • Responsible to coordinate and ensure employee time entry is timely

  • Coordinates and enters employee benefit enrollment for eligible employees

  • Assists in other areas of Human Resources as directed

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure there are processes in place for all functions

  • Identify, define, resolve, and communicate workflow changes regarding processes and procedures within the Accounting Department and throughout the company

  • Design, develop, review and analyze financial reports – identify and resolve any inaccuracies in transactions

Jennifer Kottschade, Administrative Sales Support

  • Responsible for CRM, SharePoint, and sales system maintenance and training for new and existing staff

  • Maintain log in access and training of Customer supply chain systems including, but not limited to, Ariba and Power Advocate.

  • Identify challenges and offer solutions in the sales processes

  • Serve as advisor to Sales Staff and assist them with questions and quote assistance
