Now in its 10th Year, RMS Energy has a new president and CEO, and a new logo

The investor group at RMS Energy Co., LLC (www.rmsenergy.com) has announced a leadership change that will help position the company for expanded growth and operations in the U.S. market.
Justin D. Johnson has been named the new President and CEO of RMS Energy. Mr. Johnson most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the company, a role he held since 2016. With a strong background in the energy industry and previous employment at Haliburton Energy Services, CE Power Solutions and Electric Power Systems, Justin has considerable operational knowledge and energy experience that has helped shape the RMS Energy organization.
In addition to Mr. Johnson, the remainder of the leadership team at RMS Energy includes Teresa Giese, CFO; Ike Ratliff, VP Operations; Brian O’Neil, VP Operations; and Kyle Wattenbarger, VP Sales.
An updated brand also has been introduced to mark the company’s 10th year. The logo features a new logo and new colors, which help position RMS Energy for further growth. RMS, which stands for Reliability, Maintenance and Solutions, introduced its new brand via its website on Monday.
“RMS Energy was started as sort of a science experiment back in 2012,” said Cody Gilliland, majority shareholder of the company, who is based in Denver, Colorado. “I could not have dreamed how successful it could become. The future of RMS Energy is indeed bright,” he said.
RMS Energy leads the industry in energizing the future through reliable power solutions with comprehensive installation and maintenance services on 480V to 765kV electrical apparatus equipment for U.S. facilities that generate, transmit and distribute power to downstream users. Its main office is located in Little Falls, Minnesota, while operating with staff and other assets available in 26 other states.
